Frequently Asked Questions about our Services

1:1 Therapy

  • All sessions are conducted virtually on a HIPPA compliant platform. This means that you must have a device hat can support video calls.

    If you live anywhere in the state of New York, we are able to serve you. Please note you must physically be in New York at the time of your sessions.

  • We recommend clients to attend weekly sessions.

  • Our standard fee is $200 for an individual 50 minute therapy session.

  • We are consider an Out-of-Network provider. However, we have partnered with Mentaya which is a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.

  • We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We require that clients inform us at least 24 business hours (Monday-Friday) in advance of your schedule appointment of any changes needed to be made. Without a 24 business hour notice, you will be responsible for the full session fee.

  • If you are late to a scheduled session, you may lose some of that session time. The therapist will wait up to 15 minutes past your appointment start time. After 15 minutes without contact the session would be considered a "no show." Regardless of lateness or attendance you are fully responsible for the session fee.

  • Si, therapy services are available in both English and Español.

  • Anyone who is interesting in working with me gets a free 20 minute consultation which can takes place through a video call. During this time you are encouraged to share a bit about what your looking for, I will answer any questions and we can determine if we are a good fit for each other.

Business Wellness Program

  • The fact that you are asking yourself this question is probably a sign that there are areas of your business culture you would like to see improve. However, a consultation call would be a great opportunity to talk about your business’ specific needs and whether I would be able to help.

  • The consultation call is an opportunity for you (maybe your leadership team) and I to get to know each other. You share about your business, the successes, areas you want to see grow, challenges, and future goals. I tell you about the program and how it can support you with those challenges and goals. I will also tell you if I don’t think we are a good fit and provide you with ideas of other ways to support your business.

  • Out of respect for your resources and mine, it is very important for me that we connect and make sure we are a good fit. Therefore, the consultation call is at no cost to you. This gives you an opportunity to learn more about the program and ask questions before committing to it.

  • You will have an opportunity to meet with me for 30-minutes via zoom.

  • The length of the program will vary based on the organization’s needs and goals.

  • The program is tailored to each business’ needs, which will vary what is included. However, the standard support includes meeting with leadership, group session with the staff, and collecting data/feedback.
